Alvin Theatre
Constructed in 1891 and has undergone several renovations. Originally had 2 balconies and a Victorian theme, it was later gutted, reduced to a single balcony, and given a modernist theme. Given that it was originally a vaudeville house, the projection booth was constructed on the outer wall. The booth was removed in 2019 when the interior of the building, which most recently the Bally’s Sports Club, was gutted. Interior photos of projection booth courtesy of After the Final Curtain. There are no current plans for this building.
